1. Art is my passion, and any art (like I've said before, that includes human beings). Ever since I was conceived, I have been surrounded by music (my parents are musicians, my aunts and uncles are musicians, my grandfathers are and were musicians, my cousins are musicians, and what I coincidence! I want to be a musician).
2. Music is everything in the world, but I also love photography, literature, dance, and theater.
3. I am madly in love with the most beautiful, amazing, wonderful, passionate, compassionate, and generous person in the whole wide world, and INCREDIBLY, he loves me too.
4. I love my friends my soul. Cut out my heart and leave me to bleed and you would see their names there. Lule, Kati, Bianca, Vale, Rochi, Eva Denise, Lucy, Luli, Didi, Luke, Juampi, Marian, Pela, Agus, Cami, Cami, Mati, Mar, Ale, etc. I lovethem I lovethem I lovethem.
5. My best friend is Miss Luli Vazquez (I won't say her full name lol) who is the most amazing friend you could ever meet. I swear! She helped me become someone bigger than I am, she always thinks in what's best for me, and every time I'm with her my stomach hurts from laughing. You could never ask for a better friend.
6. When I was 6 months old my parents, instead of turning on Jay Jay and the Wiggles music like any normal parent would, would put on Requiem by Mozart and with my little fat legs I would dance to Kyrie LOL, 100% truth, told by my mother.
7. I have an obsession with traveling. I'm extremely restless, what can I say? I've been traveling since I was 5 years old, it's grown on me.
8. I've lived 7-8 years in the USA and have had an amazing childhood. I've been a little discriminated, and very confused, and I didn't grow up with my family, but it was amazing all the same. It's opened my eyes like no other experience has. I've realized that we don't live in our own little bubble, that Argentinians are very different from Americans, and that there are so many people, cultures and places to see. Makes me even more restless and reckless.
9. I'm studying music. I'm learning Guitar and I sing (most people say I sing better than I play guitar, that is, those who have heard me sing). I hope to become a professional musician.
10. At 18 I'm getting the hell out of my house, move in with my boyfriend, travel around Uruguay with my best friend, and most likely travel Central America, or at least Costa Rica.
11. I love classical music and jazz. And no, not your typical Mozart. I'm talking about Mahler, Ravel, Debussy, Eric Satie, Pachelbel, Strauss, Monteverdi, Handel, Paganini, Schumann, Chopin, Tchaikovsky (my childhood, right there lol) and not your tipical Luis Armstrong, either. Chet Baker FTW, though Louie is amazing too. And I also like oldies; mainly The Mighty Zep, Pink Floyd, the Who, Jimi Hendrix, the Doors, Fleetwood Mac, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell, etc.
12. I love Led Zeppelin with ravish. And A Perfect Circle too. And Sigur Ros.
13. I write my own songs.
14. I recoil at false promises, hypocrites, and people who don't recognize their own mistakes, people who blame it all on others, and people who are too proud. I just cannot stand someone who is proud; it puts a limit to love, honesty and forgiveness.
15. I am a fighter, and a free spirit. I take life at ease, life is way too short to waste it on bullshit.
16. I fight endlessly for people I love. I believe that when two people love each other truly, they would do anything to be with each other, no matter how many times they have to make up or talk seriously. That being said, I believe that when two people care for one another, they fight with intelligence, and not with stupidity. No swearing, no bullshit, just straight to the point.
17. And that being said, I believe in true love.
18. I'm used to being separated from people; either by force (like moving to another country) or by choice. And I'm okay with that. Life goes on.
19. Some people call me crazy, but now I'm a bit more considerate now lol.
20. I have the most beautiful, funny and sociable little sister in the world.
21. I dislike greatly people who change themselves for other people, people who have no personality.
22. I listen to weird bands, yeah. APC, Sigur Ros, Modest Mouse, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Matt and Kim, As Cities Burn, Lucy Rose, ATDI, Mars Volta, The Kinison, Jaime sin Tierra, The Cinematics, etc.
23. I have this, well, thing, with leaving food on my plate, or people throwing away food. Just yesterday I saw perfectly fine potatoes and carrots thrown on the street, which sickens me, because as soon as I start thinking about it, I imagine all the people in the world who don't have anything to eat. The same happens with water.
24. I love intimacy, and I mean those intimate moments when something happens, a type of connection, in between be and another person. When we start to get each other.
25. I have a thing with preserving memories. In this case, with the USA; I'm keeping my English intact, looking through photos, remembering where I lived and how to get to, say, Downtown Boston, or maybe Chinatown. It's just this, I don't know, feeling of not wanting to forget. That it really did all happen, that it's not in my mind, and that people there won't forget me.
26. I don't believe in horoscope bullshit lol. I mean, I may be similar to a lot of traits, but just, please. The planets can't influence you that much.
27. I have a really deep and stupid love for stars. I never look down at night; I always look up, trying to find Venus or Sirius. They bring back a memory that is, maybe, one of the best memories I have.
28. I am a sucker for french bread. And I mean FRENCH BREAD, FROM PARIS :)
29. I'm a sucker for old cameras. I'm saving money up to buy my own Zenit-E.
30. I am eternally in love with the Pixar Movies Wall-e and Up. Don't get me started on why I love them so much.
31. I love making love. There I said it. I think that people seriously misjudge it or don't understand it, and misinterpret it into a slutty thing to do. They don't know a fuck because they've never done it, much less with someone that they love (and I doubt they've ever loved someone)
32. I am obsessed with big earrings, and have all kinds. Colorful, silver, detailed, simple. Anything you ask for, I'll have it. It's become sort of my "trademark" (?) Cami always asks me "What earrings are you wearing today?" lol.
33. I love to read. I spend hours reading, though now it's really hard to keep up the habit with stupid schoolwork.
34. I have a deep love for nature.
35. I love the human experience. When I grow up, I don't only want to travel. I want to teach in poor places around my country and try to help my country and my people. I could see the most beautiful villages, the loveliest cities, I could climb the Everest (which I will) but nothing compares to the feeling of being able to help someone. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, they aren't remembered for their looks, for their money, for their success. They're remembered because they contributed to the human condition in a positive way. And one day, I hope I could be the smallest fraction of what they were. I want to be useful to other people, I want to replace frowns with smiles, I want to see children of low economic state graduate and get somewhere and be able to raise a family in peace and dignity.
